About
My design philosophy is centered around creating user-centric designs that simplify complex workflows and elevate user experiences. I believe that great design is not just about aesthetics but about solving real problems for users in an intuitive and efficient way. This involves deeply understanding the needs and behaviors of users through thorough research and empathy building, then translating those insights into designs that are both functional and delightful.
As A Teacher…
I begin by asking, "What can he learn from this?" My focus is instinctively on others, not necessarily their feelings, but their understanding, skills, and performance. I see each person as a work in progress and embrace the messiness. I don't seek perfection; I value the potential in imperfection. It creates choices and learning opportunities. Energized by growth, I track progress and celebrate achievements. I ask questions to understand what they know, how they learn best, and what matters to them. Only then can I join them appropriately and help them learn.
As A Creator…
I start by asking, "What do I understand?" While aware of others' perspectives, I focus on my insight. I see the world as competing parts and strive to find patterns. Discovering core concepts that explain or predict events excites me. I need solitary time to think—early mornings, late nights, and solitary excursions bring clarity. My creativity varies—writing, painting, singing, projects, or presentations. Each creation shows I've organized chaos. I enjoy my creations, understand them, and then move on to the next.
